Death Row is the tenth studio album by German heavy metal band Accept, recorded in 1994 at Roxx Studios. The origins of singer Udo Dirkschneider, guitarist Wolf Hoffmann and bassist Peter Baltes date back to the late 1960s and played a significant role in the development of the German metal scene. Accept broke through in 1983 with their fifth album, Balls to the Wall, and the hit single of the same name. Death Row is the quintessential Accept album, which reached the top 30 on the charts and is one of the band's most sought-after albums on vinyl.

Recorded for the first time at Roxx studios and sound engineered by drummer Stefan Kaufmann, Death Row features a much heavier Accept than on their previous album. Without abandoning their own style, the German metal veterans used some more modern sounds and elements from more extreme metal areas on this album.
