Replacement anti-skating weight with nylon line

• The weight is designed for Pro-Ject turntable arms

The anti-skating weight is attached to a thin nylon line with a loop. This loop should be threaded onto the axle (located on the back of the arm on most Pro-Ject turntables) and hung over the metal line support* (next to the arm) as shown in the illustration.

The weight is a direct replacement in case the original part is damaged or lost.

ANTI-SKATING SETTINGS ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Hook the loop on the end of the anti-skating weight line into the corresponding scale groove on the mandrel recommended pressure for your transmission and place the line over the support of the anti-skating mechanism so that the weight hangs down freely.

Adjust the anti-skating force by placing the weight thread in the appropriate groove (scale) of the mandrel. The lateral force on the spike (anti-skating) should be set in line with the vertical force on the spike (downforce) as follows:
